    2. These classes promote and develop coordination, flexibility and strength. Children will have full use of
    3. all kind of apparatus including beams, vault, bars and floor.
    4. Our Rec + Program is ideally made for those children who had a bit of
    5. gymnastics experience before and are keen to learn more advanced move but not as keen
    6. to take gymnastics as sports. This class is 1.5H duration and starting together with Recreational
    7. Class, however they will be learning more advanced skills that we don’t teach in Recreational
    8. Class at last 30 minutes of the class.
    9. In this child-Parent class, designed for 2-3 years olds, you and your little one will
    10. One guardian is required to accompany the child during class to assist and encourage participation.
